Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order details and photos of the product so we can review the issue.

Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of food products and spices, we generally cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
